PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES TO ENCOURAGE, ENABLE AND ASSIST YOUNG PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATION IN EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND TRAINING
The Committee is asked to support officers
proposal to work with Knowsley and Halton Council’s to
procure services to support and enable young people aged 16 to 18
(and those up to age 25 subject to an education, health and care
plan) currently not in education, employment and / or training
(NEET) to positively participate.
The service specification will include careers interventions,
coaching / mentoring, engagement activity plus tracking /
monitoring of young people in the cohort.
