Procurement of Services to Encourage, Enable and Assist Young People to Participate in Employment, Education and Training

For approval to enter in to a joint commissioning activity with Knowsley and Halton Council’s to procure services to support and enable young people aged 16 to 18 (and those up to age 25 subject to an education, health and care plan) not in education, employment and / or training (NEET) to positively participate.

 

The service specification will include careers interventions, coaching / mentoring, engagement activity plus tracking / monitoring.

 

The anticipated value of the Wirral service over a 4 year contract will be £2million with annual break clauses.
