Following a recent review of the Out of Hospital Programme Board this report sets out the proposed vision and structure of the Board. It sets out the proposed change of approach to delivering the desired outcomes and the scope of the work. It demonstrates how the objectives of the Board align with and support the strategic objectives of the Healthy Wirral Plan to provide better health, better care, and better value.
