Proposed changes to Discretionary Rate Relief Policy (Section 47 LGFA 1988) to reflect changes made by Central Government to existing provisions and guidance. There are new categories of relief included within the Budget and Autumn statements that will be fully funding by central government and will need to be incorporated within the councils policy.
