Addiction, Diversion, Disruption, Enforcement and Recovery (ADDER) Programme
Approve spend for 22/23 and update on programme development. Through Project ADDER (Addiction, Diversion, Disruption, Enforcement and Recovery) are trail blazing a whole-system response to combatting drug misuse. The programme takes a holistic approach in 13 local authorities across England and Wales with a focus on key partners such as the police and treatment providers working closely together to address drug misuse locally.
