Sport City Wirral will provide a 15,000 seater football stadium, hotel and conference facilities and other leisure uses on land at Bidston Dock in Birkenhead. The Solar Campus will provide artificial grass pitches, training and education facilities in the former academy building and accommodation to support international training. Decisions on funding feasibility studies, business cases and capital costs will be required.
