Reason for urgency:
The council is providing urgent additional support to the domiciliary care sector to support with recruitment and retention initiatives to meet current high demand on the health and care system and to support people receiving a service in their own homes.

There is a need to ensure increased capacity within the market, and any delay in agreement could lead to this not being in place to meet demand now , and in anticipation for winter arrangements
