In March 2022 the Adult Social Care and Public Health Committee approved a recommendation to extend the contractual arrangements for a further year to enable a review of the arrangements. This report presents a summary of the review undertaken and makes recommendations to members for the future direction on delivering statutory adult social care services and functions.
