This report provides an update on the Town Deal for Birkenhead, a grant of £25 million secured to deliver capital projects in Birkenhead which will support economic growth and regeneration of the town. Whilst the objective of Town Deal is to contribute towards the ambitions for a thriving and inclusive economy, creating jobs and opportunities for all, there are significant health and wellbeing outcomes as a result of the projects being delivered.
