The purpose of this report is to provide
Committee with a progress update on the engagement and planned
design of an in-house Reablement Service Model, working
collaboratively with Wirral Community Health and Care (WCHC) NHS
Foundation Trust, in line with the Adult Social Care and Public
Health Committee on 11 October 2022 resolution relating to this
matter.
