This report requests that the Director of Children, Families and Education agrees to commence a procurement activity via the council’s tendering portal, with the aim of sourcing a suitable provider(s) to deliver high quality provision and education for those pupils excluded from schools on Wirral. The successful bidder (s) will be awarded a contract for a period of 5 years from 1^st September 2023 – 31^st July 2028.
