Highway Infrastructure Asset Management (HIAM) Plan and Performance Management Framework and Strategy
The HIAM Plan will contain various highway
operational policies and the HIAM performance management framework
(PMF) will contain high-level performance measures linked to the
HIAM Policy, Strategy and Plan. Committee will be recommended to
approve a HIAM Plan and a HIAM PMF.
