The decision needs to be taken expeditiously due to the need to allow sufficient time to enable the potential move of Clare Mount Specialist Sports College to the former Kingsway Academy site in time for the start of the new academic term in September 2022, in addition to the time that would be needed for the necessary adaptations to take place.
