Resolved –

(1)  That the findings of the Water Cycle Study be used to inform the content of the Council’s emerging Local Development Framework and is approved as a material consideration for use by Planning Committee in the determination of planning applications.

(2)  That the implications of new development on the capacity of water supply, wastewater treatment and flood prevention infrastructure be kept under constant review in consultation with the relevant water and wastewater utilities providers, the Environment Agency and other relevant statutory agencies.
